Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Customised Covers (photo-upload orders) may require an additional 1–2 business days for production.

Shipping Across India

We ship to all major cities and pin codes across India. Delivery timelines are estimated as follows:

  • Metro cities (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note these are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Packaging

Every DragonCase order is carefully packed to ensure your cover arrives in perfect condition.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the package being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
